You need to weld the frame to hold the power ? i like yor vespa build. I have a Mxs Gp 90 cylinder, i find the piston fit the Crank.
The radiator is the big problem.

And my vespa has tons of plastic stuff that replace the original iron.. so there needs to be new stuff and support for my polygen gastank and things like that.

Finally! Here are the pictures off all the work and the current state! The welder said it was horrible haha, the round tube was to thick so very hard to bend from one piece, and all the sealent that vespa puts into the frame from the factory started to bubble up and mess with his welding when he started welding... but it is done! some paint will do wonders and it is a trackbike anyway! damage incoming i guess... ow well.. feel free to ask any questions! Next steps: wait for the new steering top from the t5 wait for the brake caliper wait for the engine polyester the rear bodypart drill holes for rearbrake and waterhoses (if any mod could turn the pictures that would be great! couldn't get it done myself)

Here we go! All the information is in the start off the topic! what I call a cylinder you guys call a barrel. Ye its a yamaha yz85 barrel, but with a longer stroke crankshaft and a biger bore so it will go to 99.8cc . Here you can see that the waterchannel is actually being made inside the casings, and the exit for the waterchannel will also be made onto the casings. THe head is a vhm, with loose inserts. This is just the start, will keep you updated! What do you guys think? would like to hear from you! a3aan

Bodywork in progess, filled everything with bondo and sanded it down! Next step a little more bondo and sanding. Also cut off the corners at the front off the streamliner, much better now! Really starting to look great! a3aan

Interstin, inlet ports overlap the exhaust ports.

The cylinder is just a bit to low, but making a baseplate would mess up the timing. So the top will be welded 4-5mm's, than it will get new grooves for the O-Rings, and will be made level. The inlet ports will also be welded a bit and be tuned more later! So lots off extra work, but better make it right! a3aan

i did drive malossi mhr 94cc testa rossa and Mxs Gp 90 cc daly driver no problem, i did love the smallframe, after have some clutch problem all the time i hate it and the dyno driver on the classic scooter run say the same clutch problems smallframe. This build my change my mind if it hold up for some time. Hvat do you aim for power hp ? Is it possible to ship my frame to yor welder/frame cutter ?
