The cylinder is getting a bigger bore and than a new nycasilwall. 49-49.5ish. We will use the 51mm quatrini stroke crankshaft. Cylinderkit is being made to fit. Cylinder head will be modified. Its a big project but engine is at tge tuningshop now and back in april. When he sends me workinprogrespictures; i will upload them here to!

My front fork is piaggio zip sp. You cut off the top part of the steeringping and u weld in de conversion pin. This way u can use the pk steeringhouse and bearings. Only a anglegrinder and some welding needed. My rim size is 2.50. Tyres are pmt medium 90/90 i believe Normally u just fit a 3.00x 10 tyre. But pmt uses diffrent sizingtabele. A3aan

Oh i see so it's in stead of cutting an original fork right? Are you using a 2.50 Rim on the rear? Cosa?

Yes you only cut off a piece off the zip fork and weld in the pin.
I use a 1 piece alloy sip 2.5 rimm

Some little progress,
Bought a VHM cylinderhead from marktplaats (dutch ebay), and received it. Sandblasted my rear rim, crankcase coverplate and the plate that hols the rearbrake parts. Partly blasted the front rim, but that's coated so it was very hard to remove and took ages, I will have a mate do it. All those parts will be silver grey, same as my rear rim.
-Anyone knows if the alluminum parts can be coated to? or better to just paint? -Any good options for the front brake? -(Polini makes 1 that I can get for 180 euro, Sip has 1 for 110 euro or just an original but I can't find a real one, it's all China's.) -Any pictures/pointers on the rear brakepedal? Use one from a derbi gpr or something?

I'm actually trying to take mine apart for my project - but currently I cant shift the pin that holds the arm in place. I'm off to look at SIP exploded diagram.....

Take out the messing bush, and than remove the spring on top and just pull the pin out, carefull with all the loose pins from the bearing.
