Hi there!, The Tuner says the Hp will go over 30 easy, i woiuld be happy with 25-35hp, somewere in that range! Clutch is from plc corse, and the owner claims the clutch also holds out 24hour races, so should be fine! Ofcourse you could ship the frame, but the shipping cost are high and the welding cost to, better get a local welder to do it! MUCH CHEAPER! a3aan

My clutch is fine, it is the clutch basket and the mounting system is not hold the clutch on there and it come louse. If you have open a am6 moped engine the clutch mounting is not coned it has groves to hold it on there.

Hi guys (and girls), Frame: is finally back from blasting and paint. It had to go back a second time because the first time it wasn't fully coverd in paint and had some orangepeel. In pictures it's all smooth, in the real life: it's an old vespa, with some semi-crispy parts and lots of bobs, rather have it smooth... but he... it's a second hand, old vespa and for the racetracks. Barrel: They welded the ports in the barrel, but forgot to weld the topdeck off the barrel... so that also had to go back... I'll update that as soon as I hear more. Next: Waiting for the engine, so i can do some more mods to the bodywork and the frame, to fit everything. Meanwhile i ll do some wrapping on the other panels and prefit some parts. Waiting for the steering and brake caliper from plc. a3aan

Pictures: You can see the welding on the barrel, it's now getting measured and than going off to powerseal. Frame is pre-assembled, looking great. QUESTION: When i lower the front suspension by around 2cm, and i steer left, my spring hits the frame, any solution on this? (picture has it in the original position, in wich it clears the frame)

Engine is back! Made a hole inthe bodywork for the carburator and filter. Next steps: -Drill holes for the waterhoses. -Hook up waterpump and hoses. -Get plastics for the clipons and adjust the steetinghouse. -Get it to ps tuning for the custom exhaust. -put oil in the barrel and bearings etc. Since it's sitting in a shed. A3aan Ps let me know what you think or if you have any tips. Any advice on a good ignition guard?

thats going to give a lot of power for that l little clutch i did once consider grafting a yz125g onto my engine but i knew that the bottom end would only last a week. at that time the yzs' had a 30 day guarantee.

what are you doing pump wise? i used a whale 12v shower pump on my lc back in the early 80's but i ended up remaking the pump body from brass, have you had a look at the 12v pond pumps?

Oeehh that's a tough one, the general setup is in the start of the topic. The christmastree(countershaft) has been replaced by a benelli. The secondary gear is replaced by a pinasco 24/72 (correct me if i am wrong on primary and secondary) The primary is orignal piaggio. a3aan

Hi guys and girls, Installed t new steel t5 steeringhouse, still needs to be modified to fit the v50 plastics. Also needs the plastib bushings inside for the clipons to sit in. But it's getting there! I ll try get the ding out off the right front panel aswell. Hopefully this weekend: Drilling holes and connecting the waterhoses! a3aan (ps: how i get my photos upright!?)
