Tbh, I'm not fan of the et2 forks on a smallframe, especially with the et2 mudguard. Its just wrong. I have seen a lot of smallframe with et2 forks on italian sites and non of them had a whole mudguard. They either have a hugger or non at all. As I've said before, go for the PK ones. ;D

et2/4 forks in smallies is a not nice imo. Wheelbase is extended I think. they look wrong and there is a reason why all scooters today have the damper fitted to the same side as the motor. The et2/4 motor is on the same side as its front damper.

He he...
You guys are getting religious here... :-P
Thanks for the input... Btw, a fully hydraulic Grimeca setup (linked in earlier post) has already been ordered from SIP, so you might say I already have accepted the defeat... ;-)
I'll keep the ET2/ET4 fork for a future project, might get in handy for a spare SF chassis that I have, that I don't have any particular plans for yet.
Now to second issue: Fully hydraulic means I need to get things TIG welded. Did I mention I really really want a TIG welder? :-)

you don't have to weld, I'm getting one of these if i decide to go hydraulic on the primmy, a mate just did one on his SS180, and it looks great, + no welding needed. it's a bit far out, but some heat and gentle bending of the lever should fix that.

By remote, you mean the semi-hydraulic conversion? *wondering*
Planning on going full hydraulic here. ;D

Well, seems like its going to be an interesting autumn & winter... :-) The last days I've been having a little chat with the fella selling this little piece of equipment: global.ebay.com/AC_DC_SUPER_200_P_SCHWEIGERT_PLASMASCHNEIDER_-ALU/400062917290/itemSooooooo. Did I tell you I really really want a TIG welder??? ;-) If things turn out OK, this will be on its way to Norway soon. This piece of equipment can weld & cut almost everything... Ah, the possibilities with this equipment are endless... :-) For me, this is part of the fun by doing a project. You never know what you are going to learn, and what next to solve. ;-) Shitty thing is, everything takes time. And the cost? Don't want to think about it. But hey, who's in a hurry? And it aint a real hobby if it doesn't cost nothing!

Yep. ;D
Question in the morning: Will a new LX 5 spoke rim (2,5x11") fit on a ET2 fork?

No one knows? Hmmm. Come oooooon.... Well, todays update: 1. The TIG welder is on its way from Germany... Yezzzzzzz! (now I only need to practice practice practice before I do something stupid like starting welding on some Vespas.. duhh... ;-) ) 2. Been to the color shop! Arancio Borealis, the nicest Lambo color ever... Better shown here: Not sure I chose the right graphite color, but hopefully close enough. (Couldn't find a code for it on the This picture also shows the grill mesh I'm trying to mimic on the bike. The plan is also to mimic front and tail lights (to a certain degree, that is.), and other telltale Lambo features. :-)

All traditionally Silver/alu parts will be painted graphite, incl. engine. No chrome (or at least very little chrome) ;D Not sure what to do with footrests and other trim yet, but it ain't going to be original. :-) Today I've ordered the rest (hopefully) of parts for my custom headlight, and also a taillight that might work. Lets see how well they reflect the Lambo style... ;-) (And NO, I won't show pictures of these special features yet...)
