Nice one.I can't quite make it out in the photo but do you need a new speedo? I have all the parts and more. Sorry for the crappy photos, my old shite mobilephone... Cracked the motor today. I'm getting a 20mm race-crank for it, and I'm using the polini kit and ignition from the cutdown, as i cant drive it anymore (long story). some more crappy pics from todays session. forks from the cutdown Donor motor (ETS cases), I'm going build a motor in those cases later when i get rich Polini and Ignition as you can see I'm working on it in a well stocked garage.

Nope, it's at a mates house, he is the guy who sells parts for old Italian mopeds around here. I bought the MotoVespa from him and I'm working on it in his garage. Nice to have all parts, new and old + lots of tools and a scooter-lift around. Makes life allot easier.
I'll try to bring a proper camera along next time, he got some nice scooters as-well.

Yeah, that orange one looks tidy.Is that a PM40 I see sticking out the side? SIP Snail. It has a Malossi kit and 25mm carb thats impossible to set up. We decided to order a Mikuni for it, I hope that works out.

Got it running yesterday after 2 long days in the garage. I'll post some pictures as soon as possisble.
Runs pretty good with the old polini kit, racing crank and a SHB 19.19 carb.

I like it more and more every time I take a look at it. The lock is genius. No way you can cut it easily, and it makes a great weapon if a car pisses you off. I'm Norwegian.

Tore it apart today, found out why it has been a bit wobbly; Lower steering column bearing was on upside down, and the shocker came of like this: God knows for how long i have been riding like that. The worst thing about motovespas way of building scooters: The headlight is fixed on with springs, not screwed on like a 50 special Which crazy Spaniard sprayed concrete on the floor of my scooter? The floor was better than i feared, just needs some spots welded: rest of the frame is good: a bit concerned about this, but the frame seems straight. had a nice surprise when i removed the plastic horncover ;D

a bit concerned about this, but the frame seems straight. It isn't. That diagonal crease is a dead giveaway.

It isn't. That diagonal crease is a dead giveaway. how the fuck would it bend like that? The shield doesn't look like it has been crashed and repaired. (except for the concrete looking stuff, but thats just at the bottom) Have been thinking about olive to. Would be so much easier to decide if I just could use hammerite and a brush again, but I have already had 2 scoots done that way.

It isn't. That diagonal crease is a dead giveaway. This frame is dead, found a big fucking dent on the top of the tunnel, definitely not straight. FUCK FUCK.
