looking good, liking your engine work, where can i buy a M1 kit from the same as yours? youghly waht hp/cc does it produce? liking the colour too Thanks mate, I hope it's going to be sort of reliable. 126cc, I'm guessing that 16-18 hp on the rear wheel is realistic..? bought the kit from m1mental as shane stated. That is lookin good mate, that exhaust looks larger than standard!! is it or is it just me? Thanks. what do u mean bigger? I'm planing to use a std. drinking straw V50 type exhaust. looks damm fine! i like that gloss satin black ;D i see a hint of a carbon fibre hugger. those ET2/4 forks work out ok? did you just shorten and rethread in the end? Thanks. I cut the top of some V forks and had it welded. Looks good, but I'm having some trouble with making a bracket for the hugger I made out of a seamless 50s Vespa mudguard. The carbon hugger is on a PX fork, and are going in my mates SS(180).

Got the loom in after the normal kicking and swearing. You can see my attempt at making a hugger in the last photo. oh, and I ordered one of those Hebo semi hydraulic clutches ;D any thought on what inner spring to use in the quattrini clutch?

Sorry for crappy photo. Just test fitting. I had room for a 100/80 tire, but the shock didn't clear the exhaust elbow with a spacer nut on there, much as suspected. The wheelbase looks a bit longer to. Need a longer hose, screw on bajo type for this. They shipped it pre-bled, but the banjo at the pump wasn't tightened up, so i got a box of brake fluid

just recieved another one today forr my DL in perfect condition....need to change the size of the hose (of course) but the fluid only can damage the Hebo sticker in the box.... ;D don't worry will not damage the system! mine has a very smooth feeling!

I was playing around with where to mount it, and the best place seems to me to be under the frame, just next to the hole the gear/clutch/brake cable goes trough.

As I don't have kickstarter and have quit everything inside, this is straight way to the clutch .

As I don't have kickstarter and have quit everything inside, this is straight way to the clutch . That makes sense. I'm presuming that you need it that way to bleed it to. Have you given clutch-springs any thought? I guess I should just put the strongest one in there. When are you starting it up? I'm interested in what jetting you end up with as it will give me a starting point with my PWK. Sotrted the fender, just have to make some more solid brackets.

Ive been looking at those hebo clutches. they look similar to some of the ones advertised for those chinese mini bikes. there is a joint on ebay oz that sells one for 50 aussie dollars. they are the same as the ones West coast lambretta Works sell as a hydraulic front brake kit. The hebo basically works as a hydraulic assist for the cable yeah?? cgi.ebay.com.au/HYDRAULIC-CLUTCH-ASSEMBLY-LIFAN-DHZ-PITPRO-140CC-125CC_W0QQitemZ230205088965QQihZ013QQcategoryZ29705QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItemAlso, for those of you with the frenched rear lights (the ones in the tunnel) I know who actually makes them, I was in the shop when the guy from sip was over there looking at them. They are $25 us dollars a set for thaivespashop.com They are also the cheapest place i have been able to find for genuine grimeca disc brakes, they actually sell each disc component separately from memory a whle setup worked out to be around 270 us dollars
