20 questions* Can I still get a new headset top? If not, how easy is it to heave the nutserts fixed? What are the best 3x10 tyres? What's the best way to convert to a disc front end? Why is there no logic to SIP's website? Cheers for now, Andy *or thereabouts

www.sip-scootershop.com/Products/23086300/Headset+cover+PKS+EFLSSETS.aspxHeadset looks like multiple models so you should be able to find one, or wait til sip get em back in stock Tyres, no masses of choice in 3 x 10 - try a 90 x 90 x 10 metric tyre, more choice, people on here should be able to give you an idea which will fit best (as they vary a little) Easiest way to fit disc would be with a semi hydraulic set up (so you don't need to change the headset or weld new bits on) Sip sell em.

Nice and shiny. Is that the one from ebay? The forks are the right ones for disc conversion. All you have to do, is to get the semi hydraulic kit from SIP and bob's your uncle. ;D Oh, I like the spoiler too! ;D

I reckon the spoiler looks OK- not sure about the enormous dome nuts holding it on, though...

* Resists the urge to start picking holes * If you need another headset top I've now a spare as I got the last new one from SIP (cheers Steve. ;D). It has 2 good fixing points, both on the same side unfortunately, but it's yours for postage if it's better than the one you have.

I'll definitely have the headset top! Whereabouts are you? I'll PM.

BTW how did you get it home I think the car in front might be a give away Rob. ;D Hahaha It did go in the Sharan! Had to push the front down a touch to clear the tailgate aperture and then it was spot on. Lashed it to the seats and seatbelt fittings. If it makes it to any runs, that's probably how it'll do 99% of the distance... (well, the Sharan does 18mpg- has to be more than a 40bhp ETS! )

Stupid little things like it being painted without being stripped. I'll not be overly critical as it does look a usable bike and an excellent basis.
Glovebox lock painted over, mudguard painted in situ as the fork leg bolt has been shot over, forks and hubs etc painted in situ as the hub cap is painted over, ET3 pipe, that's most defineatly not an ETS one and no stripes. And an ETS needs those although Scooter Graphics do them.
Like I said, my spare is yours for P&P, less than a fiver I'd imagine.
