Tony has one on his racer that's been breathed on a bit and Worb225 has one too.

;D i'll ask Charlie if a complete port re-map/re work, re-design of head and a one off pipe is classed as 'breathed on'!

so spill the beans then tony, what was it like as a standard kit and how much more are you getting out of it now. standard speed and now new tune speed. is it a 100 or a primmy frame?and what engine cases are you using, and did it need much doing to it. and what is your set up now or is it a trade secret lol

Tbh mate, tony's motor would be to mental for the road. It is fitted to a 90ss (see Tony avatar ;D). However Worb225, is more tuned for road use. There is quite a lot of work involved as I understand though.
You can contact Lauro directly if you want and he will give you direction on what kit is more suitable for your use and what work is needed.

I think my racer would be too mad on the road to be honest. Although it would be fun it has needed me to adapt my corner style to get the whole thing to work. On the dyno day the 'standard' kit made 27hp ( i think). My racer made 33.7 but with a very different torque curve with is the all important thing for the track Believe me.. any smallframe with in excess of 20hp is rapid indeed. 27hp as Nik's has is mental and I would say unbeatable by any other scooter on the road. Top speed is dependant on how you gear, surface area and your weight. I weigh 9 stone as I'm a little fella and in my 90SS chassis which has hardly any surface area it was revving to 11,700 on a zirri 4th with 28/69 on a dunlop 3.50. Thats a mad top speed even allowing for a little clutch loss.

wow so a standard kit is quick anyway out of a box?,but im 17 stone(but not a fat cxxt)so id look a knob on a 50 frame lol,so i think id be better off putting the kit in a et3,i cant remember if the 50,90,100,prim are the same size frame, but are the casings the same size?? but i bet sooner or later you try and tune it to go faster anyway like other kits for scoots

casings are basically all the same. Tho dont use the silly ets ones or the very early v90 ones. They arent compatible for the falc kit really without extra work.

...dont use the silly ets ones... What's different about the ETS one? I'm not planning to use the standard (original) case when I build my FALC engine, but I just wondered why they are not suitable... Will the PK XL case I'm planning on using be OK?

ETS casings run a differant style flywheel bearing which is not up to the job of a tuned Falc motor. How do i know, well i gave Charlie a set of casings then had to do another 280 mile round trip with a set of 2 stud casings Still we shall find out how it goes at cadwell next weekend. Fingers crossed

Ha , baptism of fire fo mr woods!!!!! Hang on to that front end mate!
Yeah john is right perkin . The ets uses the silly split bearing and that is not suitable for this type of motor. See the thread on the flywheel bearing side thing in technical I think. I've treid to explain why a solid is best used for high power stuff. Vespa made the ets with the stronger shoulder and used a spilt bearing as before I suppose to aid assembly. The falc crank has a large shoulder but he wont use ets casings as the bearing choice is no good.

Will the XL case be OK then? That's the large taper crankshaft, I presume... (It's so long since I started this project I already forgot a lot of the stuff I learnt at the beginning... )

so what is the best frame for this kit??and what iv red is the pk front end for the front disc brake, and i supose the rear pk hub to,and would they just slip on???and would a wide rear tyre and hub be ok for clearance from exhaust.and i suppose theres enough room now for a bigger tank?? if the carb is out side the frame now, what other tank would fit?? what dealers are importing these kit into the UK, im just getting all the info on the kit just incase others want to know, and theres a thread all about it.and i dont want to leave out what you need to get and what to do. what about electrics??? can you mix and match this kit, head ,barrel, piston a different crank, and exhaust or polini kit, falc crank, zombie exhaust and so on. i think il email that permed haired fella and ask all about his kit lol
