www.pmtuning.co.uk/index2.htmPM Tuning have got a Polini 135 smallframe kit listed, price £76.95 sounds good value but is this really a polini kit or a DR in disguise? I've only ever seen Polini 130 kits, DR & Malossi have 135's. is this right?

not sure about the links, i think mine do that too, must be doing something wrong SIP only sell the 130cc Polini. have you ordered from scooter-center? a lot of parts seem to be listed but not available anymore? i note that their polini kit's listed as 133cc. maybe they're all the same- 130/133/135?

IMHO whether it says 130,133 or 135 what you basically get is the polini 130 kit. Is malossi 136 actually a 136 or a 135 or 133 ?
I await some scintific opinions? 57mm 57.5mm bores ?

Std stroke 57mm = 130.2 57.5mm = 132.5
54 Stroke 137.8 140.3

they are cracking little robust kits. 8 out of 10 germans say their scoots prefer them ;D also further tuning can be done on them. in fact I think "scooter centre cologne" have listed the worb 5 polini barrel tuning spec on their website (somewhat naive I think) ;D

So let me ask this.....
I know its not as easy as buying a 54mm crank and packing a 130 kit out to account for the new crank just to up the cc's
What really has to be done, specifically speaking in terms of a 54 crank with the M1 or parma kit?
I pick those two just because im going inbetween which to choose and they arent cast iron.

Remember,PM Tuning never include VAT in their listed prices. And the Malossi uses a 57.5mm piston as standard, look at Oz's maths.

I've done 2 orders with them now, and they've always been good on the phone front (didn't get a response to 1 email, which isn't saying much), i'd say on par with SIP, it's always a juggling act with me between SIP an SC, SIP generally seem to be a bit more expensive or the same, whats in stock and postage. SIP's prices are in £'s and SC in €'s. Vasko from SC, was really helpfull with my recent order.
