Hi all, newbie here! Im currently restoring a 1983 100 Sport that wasnt complete when i got it. Ive had the engine rebuilt by a mate but it still needs the stator and flywheel fitting.Ive bolted the engine in the frame and want to try to get it running, where would i have to wire the stator wires to achieve this? Is the black earth and the green goes to the coil?
Many thanks!

If this diagram is right: scooterhelp.com/electrics/pages/V91BT.htmlthen you are too, hook the green to the coil and earth the black wire. you want the wire from your points/condenser connected to the coil. but... I have never worked on a scoot with a battery so if you have one i don't know if there is more stuff that has to be hooked up.
