yeah ozzy, as the other ozzy says, devcon. It comes in different types but its excellent stuff-dear, but lasts for years,petrol/oil resistant (which sort of helps

cheers guys i'm filling the inlet with epoxy after all would you advise using devcon for filling pitting in my transfers? the weld on one side of my casings is perfect, but the others abit dirty and pitted.. cheers, o

JBWeld is pretty good. A repair I did on a mate's 210 is still fine after 10 years.

yes its ideal for that..just make sure the devcon has enough to bite onto and make sure its clean! Good way is to first heat the area with a gas torch-all the old oil that has "soaked"into the ally (if any) will come out. then use brake cleaner. even consider grinding a little away to make sure its clean.

cheers guy and tony, i've got some jb weld somewhere, you can get 'jb industro weld' now which is i think is abit more hardcore, i've used jb before on a casing where it split at the bottom, it was fine, but this is on my transfers for my m1L and i dread the idea of bits flaking off up my transfers and into the bore ... so i want use the best stuff..... maybe i'll splash out on some devcon, o
