Hello has anyone got any info on how when mounting a rear disc arm you make a centre boss for the rear hub ? Ive looked at loads of pics but just cant fathom it out.

Dunno but Oz might take a pic of his P TS1 E one if you ask nicely. Alteratively, and I've no idea if there's the room to do it as I've never looked into it,you could consider an internal unit.

Ghosty.....I've got one on my lammy TS1.....total waste of time I never use it! Realistically I only really use the front and all my back brakes have been sufficient. They look cool, cost a lot, weigh a ton and are just another thing to cause you a problem in the future..... Apart from that they're ace

Yeah, the back brake on my primmy will cause the front to nose dive better than the front brake...

hi mate, I've fitted loads of these and my advice is don't do it. they weigh a ton, go wrong and its the front that does the work any way. Worked on one just 2 weeks ago at jb tuning..horrible thing!

hi mate..ok i will try to help. The lamb ones have a boss machined to fit over the hub and its center nut and is bolted on to the hub face that needs to be machined..its got a center bearing in it with a threaded tube nut running thru the bearing-a bit like a top hat in shape. Onto the boss fits the disc bolted onto its outer circumference. The "arm" which is infact the caliper carrier, bolts thru the center of the boss into the top hat and then the caliper mounts on that..the arm mounts on the engine mount or another suitable anchor point.

Yeh sorry for all the negatives!! I'm dropping my TS engine soon so will post some closeups..... Not sure how you'd go on with the smallframe back hub its quite shallow compared to a Lammy, the boss would have to stick out quite a bit!! I would think the arm would get in the way of the exhaust as well....... Good luck....Keep us up to date with your progress ;D
