I'm about to order the parts i need for the MotoVespa. I need a new piston, and a new head, so why not buy a new kit?
Do i get more performance from the double manifold over the normal polini I have now?
How does it work, reed on the cylinder, and rotary on the crankcase or are both intakes controlled by reedvalves?
I will be using the 19mm carb and the Polini Left i currently use.

I'll probably cock this up but I'll give it a bash anyway. There is a slight performance advantage with the TI but it's not huge. The barrel gets fed by the reed valve and the cases remain rotary.A similar idea to the old Pinasco's for large frames although exacuted differantly I've used a 19mm on the 130 but I have to say it's not that great as it's really intended for the 105.I would recommend going with the 24mm set up or even adapting the manifold and going bigger.Minikin has done this and he showed an impressive graph from it,over 12bhp if memory serves.

Yes slightly over 12, must have been 15.something HP[wheel]. ;D
Especially if you do not intend to modify a lot the TI is the much better choice, even if used with a 19mm carb (actually this is how mine began life). But as Juan mentioned, bigger is better!

OK, I guess it's a TI then. I'm not going to modify it, just match the ports as the MotoVespa is going to be my main form of transportation. What about a Malossi kit ? (same setup, 19mm etc). I don't think it's a good idea, but i can might as well ask.
