What do u mean by worn out? It may be easier and cheaper sorting your engine out rather than risking it for a possibly worn out px engine. Difference between the versions are minimal.

Yeah I know what you're saying, but it's been re-built several times aleady, now having trouble with the ignition, the flywheel has a groove worn into it where the points run so I can't set the points gap properly (It's sparking in 2 positions during every rotation) setting the timing's been impossible!! Sourcing decent parts also is a bit of a job in itself.... Suffice to say it's a far eastern import and the whole thing is a "Bitsa" I've got more PX spares than anything (Apart from smallies - obviously) so I believe it'll be easier to start with a fairly decent engine that's not been put together by kids in the streets of Indonesia (Bless 'em) I now have a PX engine on the way...
