i have a '79 v100 3 speed. fitted a primmy top end and 19mm carb. also a lightened flywheel. so i want to use this for me and the wife to do a few rallies. im not interested in fitting a px motor or getting a large frame vespa , just want to give her a lil kick up the arse. BUT!! i aint to flush at the moment so i only want to spend a little money. any tips ? im not after a racing scoot lol just enough power to get us both around without having to get off and push up the hills lol..... thanks guys...awesome forum.. ;D

the primmy barrel does not give you much advantage, better go for an et3, ETS or polini 133 barrel (is the v100 a long stroke 51mm?) add a polini snail pipe (LH) and fit the right jet and you'll be happily doing 50-55mph(depending on size and weight of you and missus ;D).

Oz can do you ET3 port timings.
Won't be that cheap though. ;D
As Marcus said go with a Polini or either a Leo Vinci or a ET3/ETS system (just to annoy him ;D) and maybe lap the 'head a little to up the compression.
Got a welded up ETS system I could sell you. Then again, watching German eBay this week I might list it there instead. ;D
