I thank you! the pkxl forks have a threaded top and no cut out for the headset bolt (thats the new zealand ones). you can fit a primavera/ss90/old stlye head onto them, but the thread needs to be ground down a little. it still needs a thread for the bearings, but not all the way to the top. best to get a old stlyle fork and compare. im thinking of getting rid of my pkxl2 cases (single cable type, not the best type, but ok) all setup for fabrizi with their massive 6 petel reed block. not sure waht the post would be, but it would save lots and lots of engineering work. if you are interested, ill post some pics. paul

the PK fork differences have recently been covered in "Forks & Disc Brake" on page 2 of the technical section. Three types, PK50/80/100 similar to V50, 16mm, etc, PK125S 20mm & PK125XL 20mm.

MrG, you show me - i tell you. Fournales do an SKR damper that would fit But f*****g SIP as the genereal importer do not consider answering customers questions relating this a their major duty I personally would go for an standard ET4 damper or ZIP (~15mm shorter). Fournales: ZIP SP avant: length 240mm Art-No: SA090066 cu m ;D

Paul, the easy way to tell is that XL forks have a T5 type neck while the standard PK's are like the PX type.
