a 2-plate will do for your SIP-Curly ;D
The std. XL2 is said to cope with up to 20HP and still enabling 2-finger operation. Often needs modifying the clutch basket.
Std 4-plate does not disengage properly, 3-plate with Polini rectangular profile or Polini gold spring work well on my machine! Do not usethe Malossi spring unless U wanna do some left hand training! Anoying in town!

And, stay away from the reinforced 4-plate kit SIP sells for the XL2, I never got mine to work.

so youre saying the 4 plate clutch i've just got from beedspeed isnt up to much? Thats just my experience with the reinforced kit i got from SIP for XL2. It had problems disengaging and with slipping on my old 136.
