jim prise out metal clips in main body feed wiresthru raised circles in rubber solder or crimp wires 2 clips push back in main body screw 2 frame hay presto done |

What would I crimp them with? there doesn't look to be room to get spade connectors in there

cut spades off crimp the u shaped ends in the switch [after removeing them from switch and feeding wires thru rubber]

Last question before I start cutting etc...
According to beedspeed this "Makes a circuit only when the brake pedal is pressed."
I can't get my head round this cos it looks like the circuit is BROKEN when the pedal is pressed...
How's that work then?

it got me as well when fitted the switch is held open by your brake pedal when u brake u pushpedal down switchcloses and makes cirkit

not rely jim as it is shown in photo it should be makeing a circet push plastic pin in and lights go out so when attached to frame pin is alwaysheld inby brakepedal untill used it only needs a small movement of rear brake 2 allow pin 2 open and rear brake light 2 work [rear brake addjustment different] is this 4 a eletronic conversion jim?

Yes it is for 12v conversion (on a L***e F****e - don't tell!).
Crazy in that it LOOKS wrong, but isn't.
