If I remember rightly, I sold the engine for £200 (built by Mr PM tuning himself) and the rolling chassis for £150 and blew all the money on wine women and song.

I dont think i've a pic of my first scooter. But before I sold it (well frame) it ended up as a norrie 135 kawa/autisa. Still got the barrel somewhere. Wish I still had the bike. Reckon it got scrapped tho.

Glad its gone as it used to pack in every time it rained, which living in Manchester meant a lot of pushing!

Hey Snails, it's funny but at 16 back then, everyone i know felt like Jimmy, whatever Scoot you were riding or whatever state it was in, you put a Parka on, rode your Scoot and thought you were him!

When I was a youngster I had no cash but really wanted a metalflake paintjob so I handpainted me 50 Spesh in black hammerite (smooth) and blew blue glitter over :Dit while it was still wet!! Didn't half get the piss taken out of me for that! |
