I was going to start the Primmy for the first time today.... Checked for spark.... no spark Checked with 4 different plugs... no spark Disconnected all wires going to the loom... no spark Checked the wires to the CDI, cut 2 cm off and new cable shoes... no spark Cut 1 cm of each end of the spark plug cable... no spark Tried the CDI from the VNB... no spark The flywheel puller was back at my place, so i wasn't able to take look at the stator. CDI is new Pickup is new New spark plug cap and cable So, I'm bloody angry right now, the first time i build a scooter with parts I know is good, and no joy... Any tips on what to check next?

Totally dead?I can only presume it's time to whip the flywheel off.
But then I'm worse with electrics than refusing beer from women in low cut tops. ;D

I was so pissed i had to go for a ride on the VNB ignoring any run-in advice...

Did you try to disconnect the cable leading from the CDI to the short circuit stop button (usally the outer green one)? Maybe the stop button @ the lightswitch is fucked
