Daft question really but about to fit a malossi 166 kit to a px tonite, and noticed no arrow on my piston !!! is the hole in the piston the exhaust port ? or inlet as it has a smaller hole above it I assume its exhaust but you never know !!

Nah mate, the hole in the (side of the) piston lets the fresh charge get from the crank case to the cylinder, the exhaust wants to escape from the space at the other end of the piston! (If there's a hole in the top of the piston you're talking about, many people may agree with me that you could well need a new one.) Seriously though, the hole should marry up to some cylinder transfers when it's quite low down in the bore...

the 2 holes go opposite the exhaust, and make sure you put the rings in the right way up as if im not mistaken they can only go in one way
