They did in aberdeen!! I think it was law at one point to have pedals on a moped... can anyone tell me why? What is the reason? And dont say "to look a right pratt" ;D

You boys are roughly the same age as me so no doubt you'll remember some of the older boys with Fizzies, AP & SS50's fitted with pedals. They were a legal requirement to be classed as a moped up until around 1977.
