Anybody no the size of the nuts for the head on an et3, is it wavy washers with them as i seem to have misplaced them, the torque setting would be nice as well thanks in advance.

M7 nuts and spring washers. As for torque setting ther is a sticky on the technical thread.

cant read the link on torque settings its to feint , could anyone tell me what to torque the head down to as i can only find info on piss ridden p range torque settings for the head which is about 15, is an et3 about the same, cheers anyway madmax but like i say i cant read the link you sent mate.

Yeah dont use them on the heads- reason- surface area and they can 'grab' on the nut and twist out. Torque M7 to about 13 to 14lbs. You can always use a dab of loctite but I dont, and in twenty-four years never had an issue.
