Sorry about that. is it possible to make a new section in the forum where the "good" threads can be saved to avoid this in the future? stuff like adspeed's parma and malossi threads etc...? It's a shame to loose that kind of info.

Good idea, we've wanted to get the smallframers together for a piss up for ages, it's a good central location to get everyone to... Now we need to pin Al down to a Saturday when the dyno's free, get the bbq out, organise digs and a rockabilly band ;D POLL!!!Oh and a hall of fame for threads gets my vote too

Can we have another biscuit poll- I missed it.
Re smallframe meet, how's about at Run to the Hills? Buxton is a nice, central location- by coincidence, 10 miles from my house.

Its running ok then fella ..? Did you use the piston and ring pieces in the end paul .. Hey Nic, its not running yet, still getting together the bits at the mo but shouldn't be too long. I checked out the piston and head and me being used to a Lammy head with its fiddly squish set up- thought it might cause a problem with it up but once I looked at the head of the DR I saw that it should be fine. Just being a grade - A tart really chap ;D

Can you see a theme emerging? ;D

You lot should take a leaf out of Scott's book and actually ride places rather than just chatting.
Easter - Scott came up from Kent to Nuneaton and then rode up to Scarborough. Coming home he snapped a crank and I had to tow him 30 miles. He then spent a few hours in my garage putting in another crank and rode home in the morning.
Last weekend - rode to Lille for Cobblesoul. Had a 60mph get-off on the track with the scooter going end over end. Bike came off unscathed apart frome a bent steering stop and mudguard and he did another 6 laps before riding home the following day.
Compare this to another member of our club who hasn't been anywhere on his flash PK partly because he is a spine bif pansy and partly because the engine fell apart...
