Hello, Bought another one today. A original condition PV. Previous owners kept it really nice. My plan is to keep it as original as possible. I´ll do the tuning stuff to the ´73. Here´s some pics: Page from the logbook the last owner kept, 6.5.03 it started on the 4th kick.. Like new Anyone know what this note stands for? Looks healthy Makes me smile thinking that my ´01 PX has 60 000km on yhe speedo. Got to speak to the painter bout this, some scratches on the fender aswell, body is straight though. I was a little worried about the older ladys feelings about the newcomer but they seem to get along well.. And it came with two set of keys. Nice.

Very tidy. I'd be tempted just to buff out the scratches as much as possible and just leave it as is.

Thanks all., Yep, she really is a beauty. In Finland one can register a vehicle with a museum status, if the car/mc is in the same condition as it was new. If you pass the inspection your insurance fees drop to something like 30 euros a year. You are allowed to use it for 30 days a year. But no one counts the days. Like Juan said I´ll try to fix the scratches as good as possible, and then see if it passes the inspection, if not then no. I wont mess with original paintwork. The scratches are deep, so I think it will require some filler. I think professional car painters have instruments they can measure the matted down original colour with and then mix the same one. But will check that with the paintshop. Took a little spin today, noticed the clutch was slipping. I called the seller and asked what oil his been using and he told me it was some castrol oil, expensive. Hope thats the reason, will change to straight 30 next weekend.
