just bought a t5 classic that i am very happy with but when i change from 3rd to 4th it seems to bog down a bit. Seems fuel/carb related which is strange as it absolutely flies in 1/2/3rd.. standard with a polini pipe..any ideas ?

Check the main jet, I'd reckon a standard bike with a Polini pipe'll need a 112.

In my experience the polini exhaust sucks, it takes lots away at low revs and the T5 isn't exactly the torquest of the engines.. You'll be better off with an original or even better a sito plus if you don't mind the noise.

Has the engine ever been split, just a thought incase some muppet has taken the T5 fourth out and fitted a P2 fourth, thinking it will go faster. Trust me there out there ;D
