Does anyone have or can tell me where to get a manifold rubber to fit a 34 mm Keihin carb onto a Polini Evo manifold for a 30mm Dellorto carb please? The one I have fits the Keihin carb fine but the ridge is in the wrong place on the manifold side and it keeps coming off.

Hi, similar issue with a Mikuni TMX, the ridges are in a different place, MRB scooters do small alloy spacer rings that fit in the rubber, great, easy fix

What size is your inner rubber, I might have a spare but it’s for a TMX so 40mm

Thanks Boreham, Its the opposite with the conversion rubber I have. I had to machine the carb spigot down to 41mm and I put the grove in the correct place so it fits fine. The lip on the 35mm side is in the wrong position for the Polini manifold, its too far back in the rubber. I have ordered a 35/40 rubber from MB so hopefully it will fit. Are the groves in the same place on Keihin and Mikuni carbs ?

Rubber turned up and fits Polini manifold fine but I need the ring for the carb side. How wide is the ring? it looks like a 2-3mm gap between the spigot and the shoulder in the rubber

If you give me the sizes I'll make one for you all for the cost of a stamp
