Hi I've been working on this curry burner for a while now; it's a 1966 VBB2T with an LML reedvalve engine. It initially had the twin bicycle seats which I replaced staight away, and I've fitted the l/s spare and done a few other bits and pieces like replace the clutch and swap the reed for the 2-stage Boyesen one. It runs quite well, now. The current work is fitting a front disc fork from an LML Star Lite - I decided I couldn't live with the standard drum fork. The brake was actually OK but that rubbish suspension... It's going well so far; the fork steerer length and ride height are spot on (I had to make a steering lock fitting, and travel stops). I've also modified the mudguard to clear the shock - mudguard can be replaced without dropping fork - and I'm doing some modifications to the headset, too.

Looks great! I have a Rally 180 I need to restore at some point and was wondering whether to leave the suspension as-is or explore other options. LML Star Lite fork is a nice idea...
