What to do next!! Not achieving good results

Hello there,
I've got a v50 with a primavera 125 engine
Polini 130 kit
Race clutch
Pinasco primary upgear kit
Simonini down and forward pipe
24/28.5 mm carb manifold
21mm dellorto carb

And all I'm getting is 45-50 mph and it's shocking up hills
Can anyone advise me as to what is going on? 😂

you should be getting more than that

i would be checking the simple thing first

is the timing correct for the kit you have fitted?
is the carb opening all the way? there may be a throttle stop on the head set

how does the spark plug look?
