Just some pic of my scooter and setup. I have 144cc Parma, 34mm polini pwk, Mrp RD 350 reed, vespatronic, Drt race crank, Drt primary basket, crimaz primary gear on crank, crimaz clutch, big bertha, sip engine, and some gear box oppgrade + some parts. I want to bye the 5 gear kit, now i want the crimaz full gearbox. Problem i have, exhaust hit shock, can not get the right squish on the sip engine, it is to high no gasket. I think the shock problem is ok on a new shock. If some can help find some Paint code on this 1981 special ?

My old Mxs Gp 90 minarelli engine. I have put in the engine, i change the rear shock for a pk and have pk sip engine, the problem is i need to press the shock to the engine to mount, if i drive in 80 kmh + it is not safe and like a flat tire rear. I think is the rear shock is pressed in to engine to mount is the problem ? the pk shock do not hit parts just pressed to front in mounting. I had wire problem on my smallframe, put some liquid tape on it, the dirt from tire make it bad. The RD 350 reed Mrp do not fit a 60mm sylinder, i know it need mod, now i had to grind the manifoild and sylinder so i am happy there is no holes. Sorry, it's a bit forward and back with the pictures, i take picture of the shock problem, i just had no time in problem time.

Sorry, I can't quite understand what you are describing. Are you saying the problem is the shock absorber or the rubber bushes?

Sorry, I can't quite understand what you are describing. Are you saying the problem is the shock absorber or the rubber bushes? the shock absorber is far behind the engine, must push it hard forward to insert the bolt.

I have now grinded the cylinder down 1.5 mm use glass and wet paper, i know this is a bad idea but the head has a 0-ring so i do a good job it is ok, it took some time, now i have a squish band and the exhaust open all the way, i bye this for 51 mm stroke and 97 rod, the shitty kit did not fit and nicasil flakes off just from sanding, after over 20 years Two stroke riding i have not see so thin nicasil on a sylinder. It is now super fast but is do not feel safe pull out 3 gear, im now think the tire is spinning on the rim, is this possible ? It is the aluminium rims from sip, it Go low air too after driving.

I’ve had lots of problems with heidenau tyres not seating properly on the SIP rims and leaking air. Once they lose a little bit of pressure they can lose the seal on the bead and go flat quickly. Have to keep checking them and making sure they are always at the right pressure
