postimg.org/image/o0oa9wxr7/About 1985, passed this every day on the way to work. After a few months saw the owner and offered him £50. Took it home and got it running without too many problems. About a week later it was stolen and never seen again.

Nippy as you like too. Rode it to the MOT place and it passed. A gear cable snapped on the way home, so I walked back to get my brother to help me push it home (up hill). When we got back to where I left it (less than a mile away) it was gone. I also had a GT200 once. But not for long. A terrible story of youth and foolishness that I will one day reveal. :}

Ah bad luck that, I pushed my old 50 special 3 miles home with a flat back tyre as I was worried about it getting either nicked or kicked in by the locals. It was at that time decorated with all the crash bars lights and mirrors n stuff I was into then. Nearly had heart attack by the time i got home!
