Hello from Jakarta, Indonesia. They are called "Brekele" in a way meaning like "Rat Rod". These kids are very resourceful and if you're touring across Indonesia especially in Java Island, you will find them almost along the way, and they are very helpful and kind enough to help you with roadside troubles.

Ironically most of them arent safety to ride. Few mates passed away caused by "untoughtful" modification.
