I would be very wary of a cheap torque wrench....I reckon it's the most important tool in the box. You only buy one so it's worth getting one you can trust. At the very least make sure it comes with some card or certificate that demonstrates somebody calibrated it before it left the factory. Some of the torques on a smallie engine are quite low so a duff wrench and you can pretty quickly strip a thread in a case or distort a cylinder head.....

i agree 100% with nickj. i send all three of my wrenches to get calibrated every 2 years. they come back with a certificate and a gaurantee that it is what it is.Invest in a good wrench, or else whats the point......, just use wrist pounds.... ;D
