Cheers Col. she cools a treat, stays around 72 degrees. Its been a slog getting the temperature correct, at one point we had it too cold and she wouldn't run properly but now she's sweet. only about 2 years in the workshop to get it right, fooking scooters

the rear brake is from sip I think, its been on the bike for four years or so with the rear wide wheel conversion, if not sip it might of come from Andy Worble Mr Worb5.

Looks fast standing still. My mate big Marc had one of those in-board rear discs on one of his old scoots, I think it came in at something stupid like £7 -800 all told.

Cheers guys, the comments are great especialy from you Juan, I here your a tough nut to crack . like most custom scoots the pictures just don't do it justice. ive only ever shown the bike at Kelso some 3 years ago.the scoot stands me well over £10k no joke, people that know me will verify that. Most water cooled scoot have the rad out front and it was said some years ago that a rad in the panel couldn't be done. That was all the inspiration i needed, and of course an understanding wife and plenty of overtime to pay for it. It was dyno'd at worb 5 26bhp, I'm well aware that the germans do inflate there dyno figures, but hey all i know is that its as fast as fuck, but i do think my ss90 falc138 will give it a run for its money

If I'm honest I was dragging that figure out of the memory banks so it could well be off. However if you add the disc, fitting kit, hydro lever, lines etc. it gets scarey and I'd rather not add it up.
Bugger all to do with being any tough nut, credit where it's due. Fair enough I have issues with P-ranges but it's not really their fault, more a section of their owners / Jockey's who seem to think they're the absolute pinnacle of scooter evolution and design.
They're not and never will be, it was an okay design and upgrade of it's time in the mid to late 70's, nothing more and nothing less.

fook me its even got daz on the plate ......begining to piss me off ;D sorry mate, but if its got to be done then its got to be done right Juan - it is the only p range i've ever owned, although it is a T5 classic its a P range with a T5 engine. I got into scooter when i was 15, i'm now 44, so like the rest of us i've had quite a few over the years, but I have a freakish fascination with smallframes, they just look so cool . I also run a race team in the BSSO and race a lambretta group 4, just wish i met Tony O'Brien a year earlier

the scoot stands me well over £10k no joke, people that know me will verify that. Verified!! I've seen this scoot's many incarnations (I remember riding on my PK with you to Skeg Daz - this scoot was Red then!!) Looks even more impressive in the flesh...

the t5 engine was the best out of the lardie shit .. ;D ;D ;D ;D Your right there Russ, the T5 engine "was/ is" the best performing large framed geared engine in standard format.... But Daz`s motor isnt one.... my guess is the only T5 bit under the panel may well be a short 4th gear...... you have a varied collection of scoots Daz, fair play mate..

Looks awesome, started building a liquid 190 t5 myself using 2 GT200 rads behind the leggies. Ordered a long stroke from worb 5 and I swear I'll never use them again, they took over 6 weeks to send considering after the first week they send they was sending it that week. Never answered my emails after the 2nd week and it took 5 weeks for someone to answer the phone. Still back to your scooter. Bet it shifts

Bet it shifts Yes it is quite fast, it was on Worb5 dyno at 26 bhp. and yes i know they tend to inflate the results on the continent but thats what my piece of paper says, and thats all i have to go on so I can understand your frustration, I did it the other way round - I took the scooter in my van to his gaff in Koblenz, a really nice guy and i keep in touch via email, but like most places he doesn't do it all himself and has a lot of staff, thats where the breakdown in communication etc etc begins, but hey I'm not making excuses for him, but he does know his stuff with both vespa and lambretta, especially smallframes, the German's love em
