Still can't believe I bought a lardy it's a Vespa Baja 150s.... indian made vespa reg'd as a 65 but still need to confirm what year it is... at 65 it gets cheap rego and should make a good run around.
question is pick up is about 200km (120miles) away and i'm gonnar ride it back... what do i take for a tool kit???
it has a spare wheel and there is plenty of gas stations along the way so i'm not gonnar carry spare gas but tools wise??? 10-17mm spanners what else??

Take a spare Bajaj 150.
;D Me so funny!
Just take the usual stuff I suppose, mate. They're probably no worse than real Vespas.

You're going to ride a Bajaj 120 miles home?
Take with you a pick up truck. Seriously.

Have you got the correct plug in there?
Is this the sprint clone? Post some pics.

I've got a couple of Bajajs, though mine are the sprint clone (or chetak to be precise) I've spent alot of time in India over the years and to be honest they really aren't much worse than a vespa apart from the castings, gearboxes, clutch, pistons, cables, tyres, electrics, globes, rubber components and everything else. However I do like the shape of the chetak frame as it is rounded at the rear like older vespas and unlike the square backed shape of the sprint. Seriously, do what I do with the pigs, keep all the panels and frame and replace everything else.
