I need to get a Dremel to remove my sealing pad and have seen there are quite a few different models. I'm thinking of going for the 300 series www.toolbox.co.uk/dremel-300-series-multi-tool-3378-103828 Would this be up to the job and what type of bits should I use as It'll be my first time, so, I'd rather go slowly as don't want to do any damage. Cheers

I have a Proxxon- anyone else have a Proxxon?
I've never done any porting but it's been good for the various jobs I have used it for.

You need to get this too. Very handy for difficult to reach places. Have a look at the guy shop, he has all the bits you will need.

Cheers Max, that looks useful especially as I'm now the proud owner of a 300 series - homebase had a special on so just under 40 with the 30 accessories and soft case I'm now going to read the Norrie Kerr and 2 stroke tuning books to give me more of an idea ;D Thanks for the advice guys

i know somebody who will take it off your hands for cheap - alternitivly there are some on ebay every now and again for cheap but you don want the shity little compresser like ours, have to stop to recharge every 10 second ( but just power through untill it cant spin fast anough )

This is supposed to be the one to go for if you got deep pockets www.ccspecialtytool.com/But for random porting a Dremel and handpiece should do it.
