Wouldn't have thought so, not with the floorpan being against regulations...

the engine is fitted in an incorrect position! This will certainly give an unfair advantage for right hand corners. ;D

I'll need all the help I can get Tony against your SS!!! Hmmmmm so much to do.....so little time

Looks in fair fettle though Ad, if you can make it go as well as the spesh you should be okay.
If you do plan going racing do you need any support staff - technical advisor / pit crew?

To be honest, the only reason I knew is that when I stripped the prim to have engine fettled I noticed the same thing. Bugger, at some point since 1968 someone's had a hack at it! Only when I put the engine back in it made sense...

mmm...has anybody in this country(uk) run and tuned the falc cylinder? anyway my advise it adspeed is don't run a special. You be racing out there with no one to race against. I done it and felt i was chasing nothing. Hence why i race in grp4 rather than gp3.

Yeh I kow where ya coming from Tony....Just to put a spanner in the works I've been offered a ride on a Zip 70cc Might be the way to go cos can't seem to get any answers re barrels etc. Reckon the BSSO needs to be brought upto date to attract new riders.

mate you can use anything in specials. the homologation is for the standards only. You cannot move the studs but any manufactured cylinder can be used and modified... zips

Adspeed, I know tony from racing although I must confess to racing scaffolding being 6'4. We have already spoken about taking a team Uk over to give em a run for their money. The more the better ! Really hope you give us at the BSSO the pleasure of your company too. If you need any advice on starting up I've just beem throught it all ACU Licence test buying kit etc so got lots of useful contacts for you or anybody else who fancies havin a go. Believe me you won't regret it. It's like emotions extreme from stomach churning nerves and anticipation to pure adrenalin buzz
