my brother in law nearly shed a tear when he saw that intergrale full of tyres and all kinds of shite last sunday Adam, yer gotta be taking the piss with that throttle cable ;D Undo the banjos (point hbar one downwards)and route hose close to body (using p clip) and take up slack by routing over fork around the front to caliper. The throttle cable .... well i dunno. Dunno if that will be allowed tbh. I wouldnt race like that. I'd put it inside. My throttle is quick action as you know. You dont need all that hanging out the front. Chill Bones it is P Clipped already..... It ain't any where near as bad as Toppers........or any group 6'ers.

whats the speeds your getting out of it???. what kit is on it 152 or the 170,and did you use all the falc bits to go with it,did you do the engine yourself or did charlie do it. is sip the only place you can buy the kit on line and how much did all the falc stuff cost you. sorry for being trunky

Wow questions!!! Its the 152cc, the 170 is only available from Falc as far as I now. Kits and stuff can be bought direct from Falc but it can be a bit of a pain with payments. The engine was originally gonna be built on a kinda budget. Falc kit and then take it from there. This engine is built on a set of ETS casings with a Mazz Crank. This is not perfect but kept the costs down........Since trying to build on a budget I have been lucky enough to purchase the following items at a good price...Daren't tell you how much!! Falc Barrel 152cc Falc Crank Falc Exhaust Falc Clutch Falc mappable ignition. So know I have a Falc crank on the bench (requiring work) but will need new cases to fit it. Hopefully the Mazz will last till winter then I'll rebuild with new cases. Oh and yes Built by myself (machining by engineer) Gonna use the 54mm if its in one piece on the Parmakit over winter ;D Hope that mekes sense......
