looks like beedspeed sent me the wrong cruciform its longer, the bits that stick out are a bit thicker and the wavey bits on the inside of the legs are a bit different - the bag was marked as "vespa 50-125 PRIM - ET3 4 gear", i'm looking for one for a PK125ETS, which is obviously a bit different! . just bloody sent off an order to SIP !!!!! should have ordered from them!!!!! the cruciform on the right is for an older smallframe, like a ss90. they had slightly different gears, you cant mix the two types without a bit of hassle. if you had the older type gears, it will fit. paul

I'd suspect he got it sorted eventually, seeing as the original post was 7 years ago

It goes like this.
Pre 76 gearbox's use the taller type (51mm)
Post 76 gearbox's use the 50.2mm cruciform
Its the 4th gear which is different, the tabs are thicker on older.

one year is maybe a bit early, after all, you (and I) learnt some useful info from this old post being resurrected. The stuff on here also serves as a bit of history, hate to lose it in the ethernet somewhere, never to be found again.
