Got a primmy frame that looks twisted, has got creases behind mudguard etc, legshields are shot so will be replacing complete set.
Is it better to straighten first then cut out/replace legshields or cut off majority of legshields then straighten then replace them?

Depending on who's welding it, there might be a fair bit of heat fitting new legshields which might then cause movement? It's a tricky one.

I'd proceed as follows: Legshield off, straighten centre strut - fix centre strut with fork-dummy in place (i.e. some sort of jig) and weld on the legshield. Tara M
