Have noticed that when lifting up the petrol tank (getting to regulator) or removing it completely, there is more than just a dribble of petrol coming from below the tank until the petrol tap arm is horizontal again. At first I thought it was the petrol pipe but now I've got the tank out I more convinced it's the petrol tap unit itself.
How do I check to see if the unit can be tightened to the tank, I'm thinking that the arm may be acting as a lever and as it's pulled down out of position, it's causing a leak somehow.
Hope this makes sense

this happens a lot mate. tighten the two little screws a little on the tap unit.. not too much or you wont be able to turn it.

Cheers, I noticed the two screws earlier but I thought I might have to drain the tank and somehow tighten from inside. Broke up for Easter today, so I'll give it a go tomorrow. Thanks again Rob
