I have to complete my garage project before I can even think about recovering the ETS project!
I've lost half the garage for a utility room and toilet, so now it's 3m square.
I have to plaster the walls (never done any plastering), fill a hole in the floor which was left after the foundations were strengthened, fit some lighting, replace the knackered up-n-over door with a pair of cheapo wooden barn doors, paint the floor then fit some storage racks.

Just build it in your kitchen and dining room chap, the table doubled as a nice work bench for my Lammy and vespa engine rebuilds ;D

With a tidy up and a few shelves, it will be a nice workshop.

Looks perfect mate, chuck out the wardrobe, cement etc and stick some strip lighting in, a radio and a welder. Happy (winter) days ;D
Keep ya eyes peeled on ebay for storage/shelves/benches/bike lifts etc, there are quite a few bargains at the mo. Just today i picked up a wicked bench!!!

Finally got the plastering done and the hole filled; turns out the builders should have done it anyway. Wanted to paint the floor but there's no point in doing that in winter, it'll never go off. So at last the ETS is back indoors!

ETS looks tidy mate, is the FALC motor to go in it....??
I put a clutch in a mates ETS last summer, and on the test ride i couldnt believe how good the brakes were.... test ride lasted about 40 miles, took it back with about a teacup full of petrol in it. ;D ;D

Yeah, it goes OK as standard; I'm sure it's no slower than my Rally 200 was. Should go even better with the Falc engine (or Parma or whatever I do in the end...)

Picking up some wooden doors tomorrow! £75 off ebay! I'm really excited. What a poor sad bastard. I used to get excited about important things like bicycles and scooter parts. A pair of second hand doors is about as good as it gets nowadays...

Yeah, it's more useful on your ETS than mine, at the mo'... Still, when I have my new doors, I can put up more shelves, put the bikes on the wall, then I can maybe replace the ETS wiring loom and cables, get things moving a bit.

Doors went on easily! Just need to trim where they meet, fit a bit of rubber to fit the gap at the bottom (drive slopes down to garage, so they can't come down any further) and paint to match front door!

looks good mate Your lucky having a garage ! I got a drive and space under the house but you gotta duck your head to fit under there and i'm only small ! hehe Have asked for a shed too but because i'm 18 i dont really have much say :/ haha. But i work on my engines in my bedroom when nobody is home... Hoover up the mess at the end and nobody knows We are getting a big shed at the bottom of the garden soon so all the shite under the house is going in there and i'm having under the house as a workshop for my scooters I might have to get the kango out and start digging the floor up though so i can actually fit under there lol.
