I've no affinity with these guys, but thought I would give them a thumbs up. Great service and prices, shot blasted frame, forks, tank, hubs, mudguard, headset and engine casings. then powdercoated Forks, Hubs and Engine Cases, within a week for the princely sum off £100 + vat. Great finish and the service was brilliant. They do loads of wotk for Ital Scooters in Cheltenham so know scooters. Based in Tewkesbury 01684 298523. Saved me time and hassle for a very good price. Spose it's like owt Al, they'll charge a minimum no matter how many pieces you take. More you take cheaper it gets.
Should have sent it down to Sugarlump...

oi hank make sure that powder coat aint too thick now. You wont get the tyres on and you'll end up with 'wide' rims!

I was going to go for sandblasting but Gary at this place said it could pit the metal and with no cost between the two its better to shotblast? I dont have a clue but was happy with the outcome, £60 for the blasting and £40 for the powdercoating, the engine cases and hubs look like new now. As brezzer said I think it's pretty much a standard price, regardless of how many bit and pieces you have. I'm just waiting for my mate to get round to spraying it before I can put it back together.
