Yippee the ET3 went through its MOT today, I knew it needed a new numberplate so I took along V5 and my driving license to prove I owned it. ;D Mechanic at the garage pointed out my photo license runs out in November this year as it only last for 10 years although the paper license will last much longer. I didn't realise, though I suppose having a relatively current photo on the license makes sense. I know ignorance is bliss, but I don't think somehow the police would have the same attitude. I'd better look into renewing it.

Did you know...
Did you know that if you want to replace your licence to get rid of penalty points you have to pay, but if you change your address you get a free licence, minus the expired penalty points.
How does that help, I hear you ask?
Apparently, if you give your house a name (Mon Repose, Lower Felching, that sort of thing) it counts as change of address...
