Looking for PK50 specialists

Hi - first time poster here, so apologies if I'm not in the correct place.

I have bought my daughter a PK50S for her 16th birthday - it's a runner and the bike is in OK-shape, but has no registration and it needs a bit of work to get it through an MOT which is well beyond my skills (I'm lost unless it involves a 13mm spanner). Would anyone be able to recommend a workshop that would be able to do the necessary work to get it through its MOT? I'm happy to travel pretty much anywhere in England, but I'm based in the south east.

Any advice gratefully received!
