Afternoon People think i'm working sat at my desk but we know better Finally going to have a go at the fuel tank on Ciao this weekend , going down the white vinegar followed by Bicarb of soda route first. If I manage to clean tank (if) I was just going to fill with fresh fuel and add inline filter , do you think I should seal tank first ? Its expensive stuff and as tank is in frame it will be difficult to get even coating.

If the tank isn't leaking, there is no need to seal it. Don't fit filters. Clean and flush the tank instead.

unless you build some kind of rotisserie so you can rotate the scooter as sealant goes off it wont coat the tank evenly an work . H
