Hello, need to replace kickstarter on my Vespa Smallframe what’s need to replace engine in situ. Thanks Chris Just the kickstarter lever: Loosen one bolt slide it off shaft. Refit. Tighten bolt. Kickstarter quadrant and cog: Engine out and split.

as gugne says ,but theres also the cable bracket to loosen an move out the way 1st aswell.H

anyone know how to remove the gas tank on a 64 vespa 90? i have the last bolt on the back.no idea how it comes off.

anyone know how to remove the gas tank on a 64 vespa 90? i have the last bolt on the back.no idea how it comes off. There's a nut on the other end of that bolt. Reach up inside the rear arch with a pair of mole grips and clamp the bastard, then undo the bolt at your leisure.
