My throttle cable has a pip on the carb end. It's a shitter to connect and disconnect when working on the carb, trying to keep the spring in place and put the screws back on. Is there a mechanical solution out there to make it as easy as a normal carb and cable-some sort of quick disconnect-like the standard 19/19 for instance?
Thanks

yeah i suppose you could make a contraption like the rod on the shbh shite that is the 19/19 tho it will depend on what carb you have, yeah its fiddly and sometimes a proper cunt, eg a phbh delly has plate and spring on needle, keihin is threaded you could also put something like an easy clutch inline as its less fiddly and you can also set it up so you dont need a qa throttle on a big carb which we all need to be as big as poss the quickest disconnect is with side cutters btw
