^Thanks for the tips! Friend is mailing me a Parmakit 19mm 1.6kg fly which was the midweight I believe. Should be a hell of a lot lighter than stock which is nice and should be easy on my crank. Managed to get the NU204s outer race off last night, had to weld some washers and heat the outer aluminum case to give it some space. Knocked out quick easy. Heated and quenched the roll pin and got that out but i guess during my hammering I slightly bent the actual rod that goes into the case and it gouged some of the aluminum while it came out. Im hoping the oversized seal will solve any leaks if they come. Ive since bent the rod straight with a hammer and sanded it down slightly with scotchbrite pad. Studs removed and gave it a quick glass bead blast. Waiting for my Polini kit and gasket so I can match up the transfer and start building!

Parts arrived from Racing Planet and SIP! Laid down the Polini 130 gasket and began to match the transfers. Sharpie’d and scribed the lines Took scooterhelp’s advice and preloaded the JBWeld or Wurth equivalent to the backside of the clutch side case. I ended up not burning through it at all and had tonnes of meat to play with. Then I struck disaster on the flywheel side… UGH. I should’ve listened and paid more attention. So I loaded up some more JBWurthWeld. And patched it the best I could and gave it a quick sand… I’ll smooth it down more tomorrow manually and just send it the way it is. Don’t wanna muck about fretting over it when many others with other scoots like Minarellis/Dio guys use JB with no issues. I’ll be sure to pressure test it before it runs. I may even cut down my stator plate and build it up thicker in the future should it fail, which I hope it doesnt. Final matched profile of the transfers. I’ll file the ports in the bore later this week but tomorrow will be bearing day. Can anyone verify a 1mm gap when installing the inner race of the NU204 onto the crank?
