Hi all, with the silly prices of things nowadays, I wondered what the scoots are now worth in people’s eyes? I can see a Prim on ebay for £6.2k all restored but wondered what the actual prices are that people are willing to pay if they came up.

whilst prices have risen quite sharply in recent years ,as smallframes have become more popular/trendy ,the prices being asked for some are ridiculous .the popularity of them has attracted chancers an profiteers .a primmy for 6.2k is ridiculous ,an just because thats is what is asked doesnt mean its worth it or will sell . theres a pretty rough v90 on ebay for months now ,guys asking 4k ,an has had no takers . then theres always the guys who restore one ,or pay to get it restored an then decide too sell .so they add up the receipts an expect to get it back an a profit on top .it rarely happens , but them asking for 3-4k for a smallie encourages others to think there smallframes are worth the same .its a constant on social media when people ask "how much is this worth" an get a few realistic answers . theres always guys with similar scooters giving over the top estimates in the hope of increasing there worth . i use to find scooter projects in the £400-600 range ,nowadays the basic buy ins more like 1k for say a et3 or 50 spesh as there more desired if not more .even pk projects are fetching 7-800 for 125's . a fully restored ,nice paint an half fruity engine primmy/spesh sells for around the 2.5k-3k mark it seems . more 3-3.5k with a very good engine an some trick bits an say disc front end .H
